Reserve Your Hike Today!

Beginner: Riverside Walk (2 miles, easy)

This flat, paved trail follows the Virgin River to the start of The Narrows. It’s stroller-friendly, gorgeous, and gives you towering canyon walls on both sides without breaking a sweat. Perfect for families or those just getting their trail legs. Trailhead at Temple of Sinawava — last shuttle stop.

Intermediate: Angels Landing Trail (5.4 miles, strenuous)

One of the most famous hikes in the American West, Angels Landing rewards the bold with jaw-dropping 360° views over Zion Canyon. The final half-mile involves chains bolted into the rock — exhilarating, not for the faint of heart. A permit is required for the chain section, so plan ahead.

Advanced: The Narrows — Bottom Up (up to 16 miles)

Wade upstream through the Virgin River, surrounded by slot canyon walls that soar 1,000 feet overhead. The deeper you go, the more magical it gets. Rent a dry suit in colder months from gear shops right on Zion Park Blvd. No permit needed for the bottom-up route — just bring your sense of adventure.
